First request for a shower cake with the charms; much easier than anticipated, especially since she wanted the basket weave. Pedestal supplied by customer. Incidentally, the charms were specific to each guest, so I put a different bead at the end of each and made a "key" for the customer.

Aaron and Jessy's Wedding
My brother's wedding cake. When he got engaged, he said he and his bride just wanted it to have "mom's icing, and her icing roses." (Our mom did wedding cakes as well.) All decorations are white chocolate buttercream. Very yummy! And they were so thrilled, my new sister-in-law was literally jumping up and down!

Pink and Brown Baby Shower
First time doing gumpaste booties. I was pretty happy with how they turned out. Also, just bought an extruder for this design. LOVE IT! So much fun! The separate cake is a 4" because of some last minute additions to the guest list, and I had made this one with extra batter anyway. Just wanted to be on the safe side.

Drum Cake
OK, I just had to try one of these since my son plays the drums, so we did this one for his teacher. It is actually just a 4" round. I was upset that the candy melts holding the drumsticks on show up so much; oh well. Hope he likes it! All of the accents are fondant with spaghetti for the rods on the side.

Megan and Matt's Wedding Cake
Small wedding cake for a friend. I did her sister's cake in December, and she pretty much wanted the same cake, with slight modifications. Flowers added by the bride's sisters. Not 2 minutes after I took this picture, MOB came to me and asked if I had any extra beads, as the 3 yr old nephew of the bride was caught just sticking his fingers in the front. He was caught in time, so minimal damage, and we were able to fix it (whew!)

Breannah's Graduation
Graduation cake for two friends. The only instructions were "leopard and zebra print in purples and/or greens. One of the graduates used to be on the drill team and had seen a similar cake layout in my photos, so that is where the structural idea came from. I hand painted the leopard print, and really liked the way it turned out! Letters, numbers, and stars were cut out on my Cricut.
